Terms and Conditions 88probet

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "88probet" or "Platform" refers to the website and online services provided under the 88probet brand name, including all subdomains, mobile applications and related services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and/or uses the 88probet services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player to access the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money credits (excluding bonuses) available in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits, free funds or benefits granted to a Player subject to specified wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Games" encompasses all products available on the platform including slots, live casino, poker, roulette, sports and other available games.

2 Registration and Account Management

To register an account at 88probet, a Player must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is entirely prohibited.
• Register only one (1) account — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.

Players are fully responsible for ensuring their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. Any activity that occurs through a Player's account, including any losses resulting from unauthorised access that is not reported promptly, is entirely the Player's responsibility.

Players must notify 88probet promptly of any changes to their registered personal information, including mobile number, email address or payment method used.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

88probet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency transactions which use the prevailing exchange rate.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20.
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method and verification required.

All withdrawals are subject to the identity verification process set by 88probet. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account in the verified Player's name. 88probet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

88probet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Players. Each bonus is subject to different wagering requirements and usage time limits. Players are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus (First Deposit)

New players are eligible to receive a bonus of 100% of their first deposit value up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted.

Second example: Player deposits RM1,800 → receives bonus of RM888 → account balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the specified requirements.
• 88probet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is misuse, fraud or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• The expiry date of each bonus (where applicable) will be stated in the specific terms of that promotion.

5 General Game Rules

All games on the 88probet platform are run using fair and auditable software and systems. Winners and outcomes of each game are determined randomly through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), or through live round results broadcast in real time for live casino games.

• Players must ensure a stable internet connection while playing. 88probet is not responsible for losses arising from connection interruptions on the Player's end.
• Game results that have been finalised by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• Any attempt to use automation software, bots, or unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
• 88probet reserves the right to void bets or transactions that occurred during a confirmed technical disruption, and to refund the bet amount to affected Players.

6 VIP and Loyalty Programme

88probet offers a tiered VIP programme that provides weekly cashback benefits to loyal members. There are five (5) VIP membership tiers, and tier advancement depends on the Player's overall activity and loyalty.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the relevant week and credited automatically. Credited cashback is subject to wagering requirements that will be stated at the time of crediting. 88probet reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure from time to time with reasonable notice.

7 Responsible Gambling

88probet is committed to responsible gambling. This platform is designed for entertainment purposes, and we encourage all Players to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

• This platform is only for individuals aged 21 years and above. Any registration attempt by individuals below that age limit will be rejected and the account terminated.
• Players may contact customer service 24/7 to request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time.
• Control tools such as deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits can be requested through customer support.
• If a Player feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life, we encourage them to seek help from a relevant responsible gambling support organisation.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

88probet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, false identity verification, or use of unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempts to collude, manipulate outcomes, or use dishonest methods to gain an advantage.
• Chargebacks made without valid grounds against legitimate deposit transactions.
• Suspected money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 88probet customer service. Real money balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned once the verification process is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

88probet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or circumstances beyond 88probet's control.
• Unfavourable game outcomes that occur under normal system operating conditions.
• Data damage or loss arising from technical failures beyond 88probet's control.

88probet's maximum total liability to any Player under any circumstances will not exceed the value of the last deposit made by that Player prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing laws that regulate 88probet's operations. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties within 30 days. If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 88probet platform is lawful under the local laws of their country or state. 88probet makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality of using the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

The English version of these terms is the authoritative and binding version for Malaysian Players. Should there be any conflict between a translation in another language and the English version, the English version shall apply.
